At Meaningful Jewelry, we do our best to ensure that our product photos and descriptions are as detailed as possible, so you know exactly what you’re ordering.
Our goal is simple: no unpleasant surprises when your jewelry arrives.
Order Cancellation Policy
We process orders very quickly. Most orders are prepared and/or shipped within 24 hours.
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us within this 24-hour window at support@meaningful-jewelry.com
After this period, cancellation cannot be guaranteed, as your order may already be in preparation or shipped.
Return Policy
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused, unworn, and undamaged.
Whether you’re unsatisfied or simply changed your mind, we’ll be happy to assist you.

You’ll receive the return address and instructions via email.
Please include your signed return form inside your package.
Exchange / Refund / Replacement Options
Within 30 days of delivery, you may choose from the following:
Exchange
You may exchange your item for another color or size of the same model.
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll send the replacement item.
Only a $9.99 shipping fee will apply for exchanges.
Refund
Refund requests can be made within 30 days of receiving your item.
Only the amount actually paid (after any discount) will be refunded.
Discount codes are non-refundable and cannot be reissued.
Replacement for Damaged or Defective Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days at support@meaningful-jewelry.com and include:

A clear photo or short video
We’ll send a replacement at no cost, or offer an item of equivalent value.
Restrictions
Partial or no refunds may be granted in certain cases, such as:

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Processing Time
Refund processing can take up to 14 business days.
All refunds must be reviewed and approved by our accounting department before being issued.

Missing or Delayed Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

First, check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company or bank — it may take 3–5 business days for funds to appear.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
In the case of a refund, you’ll receive only the amount paid for the product (excluding any restocking or shipping fees).
For exchanges, delivery of the new item may take 7–15 business days, depending on your location.
Recommendation:
For returns valued over $50, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service with a tracking number.
