Shipping policy

Delivery Times

Our delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays:

United States: 7 to 15 business days
International Orders: 10 to 20 business days

Each order is prepared with the utmost care. Before shipping, every item undergoes a quality inspection to ensure it meets our standards of craftsmanship and presentation.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Using this number, you can track your package in real time through our tracking page.


Possible Delays

In rare cases (such as holidays, peak demand, carrier delays, or events beyond our control), delivery may take longer than expected.
We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible to minimize any delay.

If your package has not arrived after 8 weeks, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.


Incorrect Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information (name, address, email, etc.).
Errors or omissions that result in a failed or delayed delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer.
In such cases, our refund and free-reshipment policies do not apply.


Order Cancellation

An order may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed.
After this period, your order may already be in processing or shipping and can no longer be canceled.


Unclaimed Packages

We are not responsible for packages returned to us because they were:

  • refused,

  • unclaimed, or

  • addressed incorrectly or incompletely.

Reshipment is possible, but all associated costs will be borne by the customer.


Split Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple packages if:

  • items come from different warehouses,

  • weight limits apply, or

  • some items are not immediately available.

In such cases, packaging and tracking information may vary.
